Vacuum Debinding and Sintering Furnace

Description

The vacuum debinding and sintering furnace is a dual-purpose system engineered for the precise thermal processing of advanced materials such as tungsten alloys, heavy alloys, molybdenum alloys, titanium alloys, and cemented carbides. This furnace is specifically designed to carry out both debinding and sintering operations within a single continuous cycle, improving efficiency and maintaining material integrity.

During the debinding phase, the system effectively removes organic binders such as PEG, paraffin, and rubber under controlled vacuum or low-pressure conditions. This prevents oxidation and contamination, ensuring clean binder removal from complex geometries and compacted parts. Following binder elimination, the furnace transitions seamlessly into the sintering phase—offering full vacuum sintering, partial pressure sintering, and minor pressure sintering capabilities.

Equipped with advanced temperature and atmosphere control, the furnace delivers excellent thermal uniformity, optimized densification, and minimal deformation. It is an ideal solution for manufacturers in powder metallurgy, tool production, and precision component fabrication who require high-purity, high-performance materials with repeatable mechanical properties.
