High Speed Fully Electronic Carbon Fiber Rapier Loom

Our high-speed weaving loom is engineered for superior performance, offering high-efficiency production, intelligent automation, and outstanding fabric quality across a range of textile applications. With available loom widths of 150, 190, 230(220), 250, 280, 320, 340, and 360 cm, it supports diverse fabric sizes and requirements.

Operating at a maximum speed of 350–600 rpm, this loom ensures fast and reliable output. The four-special connecting rod drive system enables flexible weft insertion, with options for suspending single or double hook feeding and no need for guiding hooks—enhancing durability and ease of maintenance.

Weft battening is achieved through a matched cam integrated into the tank wall, ensuring consistent fabric tension and precision. The loom supports 8-color electronic selection, offering advanced color control for intricate fabric patterns.

It features a shedding system with either an electronic dobby (16–20 shafts) or an electronic jacquard, enabling the production of complex designs and textures. The electronic let-off system accommodates warp beams with diameters of ∅800mm or ∅1000mm, while the electronic take-up system offers a weft density range of 1–150 picks/cm and supports cloth rolls of 600mm or extended to 1200mm outside the machine.

To ensure long-term smooth operation, the loom incorporates four lubrication methods—spray, oil bath, manual oil pump, and oil-gas lubrication—offering comprehensive protection and flexibility in maintenance.

Automatic features include electromagnetic clutch-based weft seeking and heald reversing, along with a PLC-controlled system for automated functions such as auto-start, auto-stop, weft seeking, overcompensation, fault recognition, and more.
