Capable of operating at speeds between 250–400 RPM, the loom delivers reliable performance for medium to high-speed weaving operations. Its weft insertion system features a four-spacial connecting rod drive and offers flexible options such as suspending single or double hook feeding, with no guiding hook required—making it adaptable to various yarn types and weaving patterns.

Weft battening is driven by a matched cam housed in the tank wall, ensuring precision and consistency in fabric formation. The loom is equipped with an 8-color electronic color selection system, enhancing creative flexibility. For intricate patterns, the electronic jacquard shedding device supports a wide range of configurations with needle counts of 1344, 2688, 5000, 10,000, or even 16,580, allowing for complex and high-density designs.

Warp management is handled by an electronic let-off system compatible with φ800mm or φ1000mm warp beams, ensuring smooth tension control. The electronic take-up system offers a wide weft density range of 1 to 150 picks per cm, with cloth roll capacities up to 600 mm, and up to 1200 mm when the cloth is rolled out of the machine—ideal for extended production cycles.

Maintenance is simplified with a comprehensive lubrication system that includes spray, oil bath, manual oil pump, and oil-gas options, ensuring optimal machine longevity. The loom also features an automatic weft seeking mechanism powered by an electromagnetic clutch, paired with a PLC-based control system that enables auto-stop, auto-start, overcompensation, weft compensation, and fault recognition—minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
