 SMC-TE-VI Fabric Relaxing Machine is specially engineered to eliminate fabric tension in knit materials, ensuring perfectly relaxed, neatly stored rolls.

These machines outperform traditional roll-to-plaited methods by offering a tensionless fabric feed via twin rollers powered by separate motors and inverters. The upgraded VI(P) model further enhances relaxation efficiency with a vibrating conveyor, allowing the fabric to unwind into a photocell-controlled lazy loop, pass through an air-flotation zone, and emerge completely relaxed—ready for immediate use on automatic spreading machines.

Both versions support automatic edge alignment (error <6mm), high-precision length counting (≤0.1m/km), and optional width and weight measurement devices. They are ideal for reducing cut-part defects and optimizing storage and production workflows.
