The SMC-TE-WFIM is a high-performance fabric inspection machine designed for continuous and accurate quality control. It features an automatic stop sensor for seamless roll transitions, a 30° fixed-angle inspection screen for full-width inspection, and precise length and optional weight measurement with digital readouts. Edge alignment photo-sensors ensure perfect roll formation, while twin rewinding rollers with tension control deliver consistent roll output. The machine supports versatile fabric input/output configurations, and optional features include a selvedge shifting device, 4-point data analysis system, and a linear fabric roll end cutter for fast, accurate finishing.
