The SMC-TE-FISM ensures smooth roll transitions with an End of Fabric Roll Stop Sensor, provides accurate length counting (≤0.1m/km), adjustable roll hardness, full-width fabric inspection, selvedge/stripe slitting via mechanical cutter, and post-cut waste collection.
The more versatile SMC-TE-USCM offers customizable cutting options (heat or laser), handles various fabric types like polyester and viscose, includes an aluminum scroll roller for fabric opening, ensures precise selvedge cutting (±5mm), and supports multiple input/output formats (plait-to-roll, roll-to-roll). It also integrates synchronized inspection, waste collection, and length/edge accuracy—making it ideal for seamless, high-precision fabric processing.
