Compact SPT Drill Rig

The SMC-DTH-ZT40 Lightweight Geological Drilling Rig is a compact, multi-functional core drilling rig designed for geological exploration, SPT testing, soil sampling, and drilling across various terrains. It is ideal for civil and industrial applications, including bridge, highway, hydropower, and construction site investigations. Equipped with a winch for easy drill lifting and compatibility with heavy hammers for standard penetration testing, the rig features a compact structure, modular design, and lightweight frame for easy transport and field deployment. With a drilling diameter range of φ46mm to φ110mm and a maximum depth of 50 meters (depending on the bore size and material), it operates using a 6kW power unit at 3600 RPM and delivers 180 N·m torque. The drill pipe diameter is φ30mm, and the assembled rig measures 670 × 1200 × 3800 mm with a weight of 130 kg, fully disassemblable. The configuration includes 15 drill pipes (φ30×1000 mm), 5 drill pipes (φ30×2000 mm), core drilling tools for φ60 and φ75 operations, various adapters, core tubes, diamond drill bits, winch, tower components, power engine, gearbox, manual turntable, fork tools, pliers, oil seals, and a clutch disc. Optional high-pressure pump and water pipe are available on request.
