Description
An advanced integrated process system has been developed, centered around key technologies including shredding and crushing, low-temperature electrolyte drying, organic pyrolysis, material separation, and multi-stage high-value metal roasting. This system incorporates multi-stage composite treatment, precise control over temperature and flow fields, continuous and automated equipment operation, and coordinated management of multi-pollutant emissions throughout the reaction process. The core of this system is designed around the combined processes of low-temperature drying of electrolytes, pyrolysis of organic compounds, and efficient roasting of high-value metals. This enables the comprehensive treatment of waste power batteries, achieving full separation of black mass, copper, and aluminum, with a focus on the preferential extraction of lithium through the selective roasting of black powder.
