A comprehensive and advanced process system has been developed based on the integrated technologies of shredding and crushing, low-temperature electrolyte drying, organic pyrolysis, material separation, and multi-metal high-value roasting. This system leverages multi-stage composite treatment, precise control over both temperature and flow fields, and fully automated continuous operation. It also incorporates collaborative treatment of multiple pollutants generated during the reaction process. At its core, the system is built around the principles of low-temperature electrolyte drying, pyrolysis of organic components, and high-value metal roasting. This enables the efficient and complete separation of black mass, copper, and aluminum from waste power batteries, with a focus on the preferential recovery of lithium through targeted roasting of the black powder—achieving both environmental compliance and high-value resource extraction.
