Description
The SMC-HTE-PHV 120 K, PHV 180 K, and PHV 270 K are two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps with oil bath lubrication, designed for high-performance applications requiring deep vacuum levels. These pumps are flange-mounted to an electric motor via an elastic coupling and cooled by forced air using a centrifugal fan.
They feature an integrated check valve to prevent oil backflow and air return during shutdown, and an adjustable gas ballast to minimize condensation when handling small amounts of vapor.
Suitable for evacuating closed systems or maintaining a constant vacuum up to 1 × 10⁻³ mbar (absolute), the PHV series ensures stable, efficient, and long-lasting operation for demanding industrial and laboratory applications.
