Description
The SMC-HTE-DRY C series vacuum pumps are dry claw-type pumps featuring two claw-shaped rotors synchronized by a gear-driven system for non-contact, efficient operation. The compression chamber is completely oil-free, ensuring clean and contamination-free vacuum generation.
The gears and bearings are lubricated with oil, contained in a separate sump isolated from the compression chamber by labyrinth seals to prevent oil migration. Cooling is provided by an integrated fan, ensuring consistent thermal regulation during operation.
Each pump is equipped with a flanged electric motor connected via a coupling to the lower shaft, offering compact and reliable performance. The DRY C series is ideal for applications requiring clean, dry vacuum with low maintenance and high operational efficiency.
