Description
The SMC-HTE-VD 3 is a single-stage dry rotary vane vacuum pump, directly coupled to an electric motor for compact and efficient operation. It is suitable for evacuating closed systems or maintaining a constant vacuum in the range of 150 to 1013 mbar (absolute), or 120 to 1013 mbar (absolute) with the vacuum seal valve option.
