FBE Coated Pipe

Description

FBE Coated Steel Pipe

Durable, Corrosion-Resistant Piping for Demanding Applications

FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) Coated Steel Pipe offers exceptional external corrosion resistance, ideal for oil, gas, water, and industrial pipeline systems. The coating is applied as a dry epoxy powder (400–600μm thick) and fused to the heated pipe surface, creating a smooth, uniform, and highly durable protective layer.

Key Features:

High Corrosion Resistance: 400–600μm fusion-bonded epoxy coating

Strong Adhesion: Bonds tightly to steel through electrostatic spray application

Chemical Protection: Resistant to harsh environments and chemical exposure

Uniform Finish: One-step film layer for a seamless, smooth surface

Surface Prep: Shot blasting and preheating ensure optimal coating performance

Standards-Compliant: Meets industry specs for energy and infrastructure use

Applications:
✔ Oil & gas pipelines
✔ Potable and industrial water lines
✔ Buried utility and infrastructure piping
