High-Speed Weaving Loom

Our advanced high-speed weaving loom is designed to deliver optimal performance, flexibility, and precision in modern textile production. Available in loom widths of 150, 190, 230(220), 250, 280, 320, 340, and 360 cm, it operates at a maximum speed of 300–500 rpm, making it ideal for high-efficiency weaving operations.

The loom features a four-special connecting rod drive system for weft insertion, eliminating the need for guiding hooks and offering options for suspending single or double hook weft feeding. Weft battening is executed using a matched cam integrated into the tank wall for consistent tension and fabric quality.

Equipped with an 8-color electronic selection system, the loom offers enhanced design versatility. Shedding is managed via an electronic dobby system supporting 16–20 shafts or an electronic jacquard for more intricate patterns.

The electronic let-off system supports warp beams of ∅800mm or ∅1000mm, while the electronic take-up allows a weft density of 1–150 picks/cm with a cloth roll diameter of 600mm or an extended option of 1200mm roll out of the machine.

For smooth and reliable operation, the loom supports four lubrication methods: spray lubrication, oil bath, manual oil pump, and oil-gas lubrication. Additionally, automatic weft seeking is achieved through an electromagnetic clutch system with heald reversing functionality.

A PLC-based control system provides intelligent automation, including auto-start/stop, weft seeking, fault recognition, overcompensation, and weft compensation. The loom is powered by a robust 5.5–7.5 KW main motor, ensuring consistent performance across various production needs.
