Description
The SMC-HTE-EU 107 H, EU 300 H, and EU 650 H are single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps with oil recirculation, specifically engineered for higher capacity and deeper vacuum levels compared to standard models. At 1 mbar, these H series pumps deliver up to 80% greater pumping speed with the gas ballast closed.
Each pump is flanged to an electric motor via an elastic coupling for efficient drive performance. Cooling is managed by a centrifugal fan in the EU 107 H, and by an air/oil heat exchanger with a centrifugal fan in the EU 300 H and EU 650 H models for enhanced thermal control.
An integrated check valve prevents oil and air backflow during shutdown, while the oil mist separator ensures clean exhaust and automatic oil recovery. Gas ballasts are included to prevent condensation when processing small amounts of vapor, making these pumps ideal for high-demand applications requiring strong, continuous vacuum performance and efficient vapor handling.
