Description
The SMC-DTH-ME95 is a compact, high-performance hydraulic core drilling rig purpose-built for mineral exploration in tunnels and confined underground environments. With a robust frame, modular design, and powerful hydraulic system, this rig is suitable for use in mining tunnels, railway engineering, water conservancy projects, and other underground geotechnical applications.
Driven by a 55 kW electric motor, the ME95 delivers consistent torque and reliable drilling force, even in demanding geological conditions. Its advanced hydraulic system supports rotary drive, feeding, pumping, and clamping functions, all controlled via an ergonomic control panel. With drilling angles from 0° to 360° and a stroke length of 1600 mm, the rig ensures precision core sampling at any angle — vertical, horizontal, or inclined.
Thanks to its V-guide track system, the rig maintains high axial concentricity, critical for deep and directional drilling. The modular design enables easy transport, installation, and maintenance. Capable of reaching up to 550 m (BQ rods) in depth, the SMC-DTH-ME95 is engineered for efficiency, precision, and mobility in underground operations.
