Knitted Fabric Inspection Machine

The SMC-TE-KFIM is a precision-engineered fabric inspection machine designed for tensionless checking and consistent output. It features an auto tensionless system that synchronizes fabric feeding, delivery, and rewinding through a unique mechanical and electrical setup. Fabric is inspected in full width on a 60° fixed-angle inspection screen, ensuring optimal visibility. For handling curled edges, the machine includes a scroll roller and de-curling system to maintain fabric quality. It offers high accuracy with length counting error ≤ 0.1m/km and edge alignment error ≤ 6mm. Roll hardness adjustment ensures consistent output, and the machine supports various fabric input and output options, including A-frame to roll and roll to roll, making it ideal for integration into diverse production workflows.
