SMC-DTH-370A Separated Crawler Mounted Surface Anchoring Hydraulic Down-the-Hole Drill Rig

Description

The SMC-DTH-370A Separated Crawler-Mounted Surface Anchoring Hydraulic Down-the-Hole Drill Rig is a versatile, internal combustion-powered rig designed for large-diameter hole drilling, with a range of 140–254 mm. Ideal for blast holes, anchor holes, and grouting operations, it is widely used in open-pit mining, infrastructure construction, water conservancy, power stations, and excavation projects. Built to perform under challenging geological conditions such as fractured or weathered rock formations, it supports casing and pipe-assisted drilling. The rig delivers 3800 Nm of torque with a hydraulic motor, reinforced by a durable lifting and propulsion system. Featuring a newly engineered carriage, robust drill arm, and widened track shoes for enhanced traction in muddy terrain, the SMC-DTH-370A ensures powerful, stable performance. Only the DTH impactor requires compressed air, reducing the load on the air compressor while maintaining efficient pneumatic operation.
