MC-TE Series Electric Warp Beam Carriers & Lift Trolley
The SMC-TE Series—featuring models TE-01I, TE-01II, and TE-02I—represents the latest generation of electric warp beam transport solutions designed for seamless integration with weaving machines across widths of 150–340 cm without modification. Built for strength, precision, and operator convenience, these carriers can handle warp beams up to 1800 kg, with custom beam width options and side shift capabilities (10 cm transverse) for easy and accurate beam positioning in tight spaces.

SMC-TE-01I: Optimized for bottom beam transport and insertion, this newest model includes an AC motor (low noise, maintenance-free, eco-friendly) and GEL battery (3–4 hours fast charging, twice the life of lead-acid batteries, performs from –50°C to 50°C). Electric Power Steering reduces manpower needs to one-fifth compared to manual steering.

SMC-TE-01II: A cradle-type carrier for single or twin beam applications, also capable of batch picking and ground transport. It supports warp beams up to 1800 kg and offers the same size flexibility and easy beam alignment, making it highly efficient in varied weaving environments.
