The SMC-TE-ERL-450 and SMC-TE-ERL-600 looms are advanced weaving solutions tailored for high-speed and high-precision fabric production. Both models offer flexible loom widths from 150 to 360 cm and employ a four-special connecting rod drive system for weft insertion, eliminating the need for traditional guiding hooks. They support up to 8-color electronic selection, feature electronic dobby or jacquard shedding devices with 16–20 shafts, and include electronic let-off and take-up systems for optimal tension and fabric density control. The ERL-600 offers enhanced speed capabilities of up to 600 rpm versus 500 rpm on the ERL-450, enabling even higher output. Both models also incorporate four lubrication methods, electromagnetic clutch-based automatic weft seeking, and a PLC control system with intelligent features like auto-start/stop, weft compensation, and real-time fault recognition.

The SMC-TE-ERL-600-L Fabric Measuring Machine complements these looms with full-width inspection capability, suitable for various fabrics—especially home textiles. It can process fabrics from plait/loose form to roll or other configurations and supports integration of an automated camera inspection system and 4-point data collection. With features like edge-alignment photo sensors, tension control, digital length/weight measurement, and optional full-width end cutters, it ensures precise quality control.
