The SMC-TE-02 is specifically designed for knitted fabrics, converting tubular input into open-width fabric rolls with precision and care. Its auto tensionless checking system synchronizes fabric feeding, delivery, and rewinding using a unique mechanical-electrical setup to prevent distortion. A 60° fixed-angle inspection screen ensures clear, full-width fabric inspection from multiple viewing angles. To manage curled edges, the machine includes a scroll roller and de-curling system, ensuring smooth and accurate roll formation. It delivers high accuracy with a length counting error of ≤0.1m/km and edge alignment error of ≤6mm. Additionally, adjustable roll hardness provides consistent and quality roll output, making the ST-KFIM-02 ideal for modern knitted fabric processing.
