Ultrafast Start Rapier Loom

Engineered for versatility and performance, this advanced rapier loom is suitable for weaving a wide variety of fabrics including cotton, flax, silk, polyester, and more. With working widths ranging from 190 to 380 cm—including 220, 230, 250, 280, 300, and 340 cm—it accommodates diverse textile applications. The loom boasts a maximum design speed of 800 RPM and operates at a stable running speed of 550 to 650 RPM, depending on fabric width, rivaling the capabilities of top-tier models like the OptiMax-i.

Its weft insertion system uses a four-spacial connecting rod drive combined with gripper tape and suspending hook options (single or double), enabling smooth and accurate weft placement for various yarn types. The intermediate conjugate CAM ensures stable and precise weft battening for high-quality fabric formation. An 8-color electronic selection system allows for greater design flexibility in multi-color weaves.

The shedding system can be customized with either an electronic dobby or a high-capacity jacquard capable of handling up to 10,000 needles—ideal for complex patterning. The electronic let-off system supports warp beams of either Φ800mm or Φ1000mm, while the electronic take-up system provides a wide weft density range from 1 to 120 picks/cm, ensuring precise fabric control throughout production.
